Returns are a little tricky. If Somebody wants to return an unopened product for a refund I guess that would be okay. The problem is that if they are allowed to return bags that have been opened then there are some people that will drink half the bag and say they want a refund. In either case I am better off just letting them keep it and do with it what they want with it. Saves on the shipping. The exception would be if the bag was contaminated in some way or another then I’d want them to ship it back for quality control. Of course this approach lends itself to the refund scam. What i have had to do in the past is to keep track of refunds and not sell to repeat offenders. Open to thoughts and suggestions on this.
